I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jackson for many years. All medical staff and office staff very friendly and top notch providers. Saw the nurse practioner, Rosalind Arp today for first time and was very happy with the experience. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

Dr. Jackson has been my dr. For over 15 years. She was at a different practice when I first knew her and when she left , I also left the office I used to go to and followed her where she is now. It's not easy to find such a wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, very smart and passionate doctor. She always has an answer for any question I had immediately. She knows her stuff very well and doesn't need to think about it. Her answers are always satisfying and logical and shows how smart and knowledgeable she is. She explains the problem very well and makes it very easy for the patient to understand. She cares a lot about her patients and always gives as much time needed to talk with the patient about their concerns. Don't look up any further because you'll be in safe hands with dr. Jackson.

I️ thought the purpose of establishing portal and filling out paperwork online was that it went directly to doctor’s office. I️ was surprised when that was not the case. Otherwise everything was superb.

Nurse Arp is a jovial person and very pleasant to interact. I enjoyed talking about her pregnancy and she did not seem to mind that I would ask her questions about the baby. She is also very competent.
