COVID-19 OFFICE POLICIES
We want to assure you of the precautions we take every day to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Especially with COVID-19, we want you to know the steps we are taking to protect our patients and staff. In addition to heightened universal precautions, we are working to limit the number of people in our office. Here are the details you need to know in preparation for your upcoming visit:
1. Patients who are sick with respiratory or flu-like symptoms MUST reschedule their appointment.
2. We recommend that only patients come into the office. Patients are requested to wait in the parking lot until it is time for their appointment. Please text us your name and date of birth at 407-392-4294 when you arrive.
3. You MUST complete all patient forms on the Patient Portal prior to the visit. Patients who do not complete the online forms will not be able to be seen.
4. Once we receive your text, we will call you and complete your check-in by phone. Please have your payment type ready. If you are a new patient, also have your driver's license and insurance cards ready. We will instruct you to come up to the office when check in is complete.
PATIENTS WHO HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please follow these rules prior to returning to our office:
If you tested positive but were asymptomatic, you may return to the office 2 weeks following your positive test (proof of negative test not required).
If you tested positive and had symptoms, you may return to the office 2 weeks AFTER the full resolution of your symptoms (proof of negative test not required).
